ABOUT

Hi!  My name is Nathalie (pronounced na-ta-lee – the H is silent).

I lived the first half of my life in Northern Ontario and the second part in Ottawa – Canada’s National Capital.  I have had a well-rounded career path which included work in the non-profit sector, public service and private sector – all before becoming an entrepreneur.  I worked in various types of work from health promotion, early childhood education, mental health services, training and education, risk management and corporate reporting, etc.  I have also had the pleasure of service people young and old from around the world.

Ultimately, I am clear that I love people, nature and business.  In addition to having my own successful training and coaching business, I mentor and train other coaches as they go through their own transformation.

My Journey Into Coaching

My journey began with completing my International Coach Federation Accredited Coach Training Program through Erickson International.  I then became an Accredited Associate Coach through the ICF.  I then spent the next 3 years working on my craft, gaining experience, and taking various additional training programs such as group and team coaching, leadership coaching, trauma informed coaching, etc.  I worked as a training assistant with Erickson International supporting students going through their coach training.  When it was time to renew my ICF accreditation, I was qualified to move up to the Professional Certified Coach level with the ICF.  I then spent the next three years expanding my repertoire of coach-related training and experience.  I focused my time on becoming certified in psychometrics such as EQ-i, Hogan Assessment, DISC, etc. I became an ICF coach mentor and mentored coaches from all sorts of coach training programs.  I developed and facilitated the ICF accredited Trauma Informed Coach Certification Program for a Canadian company called Moving the Human Spirit.  I became a service provider for organizations such as the Niagara Institute (Conference Board of Canada) and Health Canada’s Specialized Organizational Services.  This work allowed me to delivered presentations to thousands of various topics including wellbeing, mental health, leadership development, etc and to do lots of one-to-one coaching. Most recently, I invested time and energy in deepening my coaching by completing my training in transformational coaching and certified genius catalyst coach. My next step is to complete the process to become a Registered Three Principles Practitioner with the 3P Global Community.
